Synopsis: In a series of flashbacks we learn that as a young officer Sgt Ed Brown was engaged to a nurse. His fiancé was murdered by a man who hates woman in authority. He has just been released as he is believed to be rehabilitated and reformed; Ed thinks otherwise and will do anything to prove it.
