Local kids are making guns and causing problems in the local neighborhoods. The chief looks for a solution and ask Marks old friend Bat Masterson, a football star, to help organize something for the kids to do. However theres a problem Bats brother is in trouble with the law, and Bat has to make a decision on whose side hes on
