Synopsis:

While Mark is at college he witnesses a talk by a young Mexican who claims to be leader of a liberation group. Mark has his suspicions which he shares with the Chief. Things get worse when a pile of guns get found with the group. The police believe that the group are trying to over throw the local government. Can Ironside resolve the situation before it gets out of hand?
