Synopsis:

Sgt Brown is the main witness in a case but before he can give evidence he is shot and faces been stuck in a wheelchair just like the Chief. His only hope is a tricky op by an eminent surgeon however the assailant isn't against blackmailing the surgeon to ensure Ed will never testify.
